We recently made a really cool upgrade to our digital conversion system. We would previously only convert up to 16bit and 44kHz, but now, if you upload 24bit and up to 96kHz tracks, we'll preserve that quality and deliver it to your fans if they choose to download lossless music from you.

Great sound quality is something that's really important to us. This upgrade keeps us at the top of the sound quality game and we plan on staying at the top, from now on.

You can now add your own Service Fee, on top of our Service Fee, to tickets. This is usually done for a venue, booking agent, or even an artist, that has negotiated a specific fee for themselves.

It's extremely easy to do too. Once in the Adjust Service Fee overlay, you specify what fee you need to charge, and then we show you the total fee charged to the fan at the bottom. We also let you hide the service fee from the fan, if you want to build it into the ticket price instead.

We just released a major update to our Discounts app. In the past, there was no way to limit the amount of times a discount could be used, but if you head into the app now, you'll see a new section that makes this possible!

This is a super powerful addition. Not only can you set up a discount like "10%OFF" and give the next 25 people access, but you can even make a single use discount, and then randomly generate the code you want to give out. This is ideal for giving that special someone in your life a discount. Awwww how cute! (Or maybe you just completely botched somebody's order, and you want to make nice-nice.)

Plus, if you combine this new feature, with the direct discount link generator, you can make the entire world's life, sooooooo much easier.

When we released our big dashboard upgrade back in November, we mentioned that moving Tickets out of the App Store, and into your Inventory section, would make more sense in the coming months.

Well that month is finally here!

Our new VIP Tickets feature is a combination of the two most powerful things on Limited Run: Bundles and Tickets. You can now create a package that includes both products and tickets, but just like Bundles, you don't need separate inventories. So for instance, let's say you wanted to do a Meet & Greet, but also include your new album, a shirt, and a tour poster. Here's what it would look like:

But what's really great about this, is that you'll still be able to use all of our incredible Ticket selling features. Like for instance our mobile Will Call list, which is perfect for use at multiple backstage doors, or before a fan gets on the bus.

VIP Tickets are one of the biggest revenue generators for a full time touring band or artist, and we believe this feature will empower them to explore new possibilities.

It's been a long time coming, but we've finally made it possible for you to charge your customers Sales Tax or VAT! You can charge by country, state, or county (in the US). You can even have multiple tax rates in each jurisdiction, that charge different prices for the different types of products you sell. For instance, sometimes in the US, sales tax for clothing is different than sales tax for a CD. If you set up different prices for each of these types of products, and a fan checks out with both of them, you'll charge them one rate for the CD and another for the clothing.

In addition to supporting multiple jurisdictions and rates per tax rule, you can optionally have digital items and an order's shipping price included in a tax's calculation.
